We're delighted you have a good idea of what you want and you're considering buying from us. We want to be as transparent as possible with you about how we handle our pre-orders, including our Pre-Order Price Guarantee.

My order contains a pre-order item. When will my order ship?
All orders containing pre-order products will be held until all items (including Pre-Order items) arrive. Once all items have arrived, your order will be shipped out.
Can you split my order up so I can have some of my order early?
It is possible to split your order into multiple shipments, however a split requires the purchase of an additional $15 shipping charge.
Pre-Order Price Guarantee
If we lower the price of a pre-order product before its release date you will be refunded the difference. If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, the cost to you will not change. The only exception to this is the situation when a distributor raises the price of a product to us during the pre-order period. Should you not wish to pay the increased price, we will gladly offer a full refund.
Prices are subject to error and us contacting you would be notice that a price was in error.
A Product has been released once the "Pre-Order" text in its name has been removed. Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in regards to publishing, distribution and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-Order Cancellation/ Quantity Reduction Policy
Cancelling or reducing quantities of all pre-orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product or other Collectible/Randomized Card Products will incur a 10% processing fee calculated based on total order value.
Release date delays, product allocations and other logistics, production or distribution factors out of our control are not exceptions to this policy.
